               Casey’s Gym and Aquatic Center will be the center of fitness news when its business plan is implemented. The gym will incorporate new age fitness ideals and technology while hanging on to the fundamental theories and practices that makes fitness so important to society. Casey’s Gym and Aquatic Center will have various offerings and activities such as:

  • ·        traditional work out machines and equipment;
  • ·        cutting edge fitness equipment and the latest training and instruction on best use practices;
  • ·        several different group work out classes and instruction;
  • ·         cardio development and cross fit arena;
  • ·        aquatic center for swim lessons, water aerobics, and fitness swimmers;
  • ·        Parisi Speed development program for young developing athletes;
  • ·        The club will also offer a triathlon team and specific triathlon training arrangements and coaching for those members who are interested.
  • ·        It will also offer the best one on one work with instructors in areas of nutrition, developmental planning, personal training, swimming, and the educated staff will be available at all times to help with any questions members may have.

Through this projects diverse offering, the club will attempt to differentiate itself for the mainstream traditional gyms while maintaining a low cost strategy. This cost differentiated strategy will make the cost of membership a good price for the uniqueness of Casey’s.

  • ·        With proper marketing, Casey’s Gym and Aquatic Center will achieve its target market and gain significant market share.
